Our 3D mapping gives you accurate ground data that we can calculate earthwork quantities and update construction plans with daily topography changes in active areas. The deliverables include high resolution aerial photography, digital surface model, point cloud and additional information.

Data Enrichment and GeoCoding
Before you can analyze, extrapolate from, or profit from location data, you need to associate each of your records with an accurate measurement of its latitude and longitude. This process of linking data points to geographical coordinates is called geocoding.
Geocoding is a complex task, and a mistaken geocode assignment can lead to poor business decisions, increase risk, impact profits, or damage customer relationships.
By applying multiple parsing and matching algorithms across postal, third-party, and proprietary datasets, we will help you generate more precise data and overcome problems associated with changing postal codes, scrivener’s error and poor data entry, and missing information.
When it is not possible to attach a geocode to a specific address or structure, our tools apply consistent rules, automatically cascading to the next most specific point of reference. In some cases, no geocode may be better than a vague or incorrect geocode.
